Mixed Martial Arts Training

Seniors Fit 50+
This popular program is a fun, safe, and effective way to an involved older adult to maintain an active lifestyle, in a non-threatening environment. This class can help you maintain your independence, build strength, boost energy and manage symptoms by illness or pain. By combining aerobics, stretches, weight bearing exercises through inadvisable training methods, you can look and feel younger in body, mind and spirit.

Kettlebells
Kettlebell are a Russian strength/conditioning tool that is rapidly taking over the health/fitness world. Using the kettlebell’s center of mass facilitates ballistic exercises that combine strength, endurance, core, and flexibility. This class will condition and strengthen your physique that will allow you to cope with all the demands of real life and will greatly enhance your sports performance and athleticism.
